When is it time to question your beliefs?

When was the last time you seriously questioned some deeply held belief? And why did you?

This is hard to do and first we have to see the belief. I'm thinking about this for myself, and how challenging and deeply destablising it can feel. On the other hand, it's also liberating and empowering and can lead to new places, deeper understanding, better conversations, more impact, and positive long term change.

Questionning doesn't neccessarily mean we will change our beliefs, but if we "can't" consider and question, that's a major limitation.

How could you do this?

✅ Identify your beliefs - e.g. what do you believe about (fill in the gap - e.g. your life, career, money, health, society, business).

✅ Consider your biggest triggers/challenges/conflicts - e.g. what are the beliefs unlderlying your triggers?

✅ Self-reflect, talk it over, read other's persectives.

✅ Deliberately set an intention to notch up your "open-mindedness" or that your "curiosity" superpower by asking open questions of yourself and others.
