For more than twenty years I've worked alongside thoughtful professionals, leaders and teams navigating complexity, change and difficult environments.

I’m finding myself increasingly drawn to questions like: What are the conditions in which people rediscover confidence, connection, creativity and the capacity to contribute? And what can I (or we) do or create to support this?

Coaching has taught me that people are often far more capable than they realise. But I also know that people don't exist in isolation. We are not islands.

We're shaped by our relationships, our environments and the systems around us, a bit like fish living within the water and currents that carry us.

These ideas now sit at the centre of everything I do.
