It’s my job, as a coach, to be your trusted thinking partner on your journey. I’m here to help you discover insights and options as you navigate your journey with more success.

To do that, many clients find the vertical development framework to be exceptoinally useful. It offers a “map” for how you might choose to develop how you think and your capacities for handling increasing challenges and complexity.

Who are my clients?

I work with leaders across industry sectors, and geographical locations (US, Europe, Australia, NZ as examples).

For example:

  • A senior leader in Tertiary Education who wants to better navigate the large scale organisational change, look after, retain, and inspire her team and who expecially wants to build courage to use her voice and influence direction and decisions.

  • A leader, (software industry), who is facing unprecidented challenges from multiple directions: merger, cultural differences, resource shortages (and more).

  • A senior leader, fairly new to New Zealand, looking to not only find his next role but also to develop himself.

  • A software developer, hoing his craft, learning about himself, experimenting with approaches, and considering his next steps.

  • An early career high flyer, in a large multi-national corporate, whom I’ve been supporting how to step up and how to think more that what to think. He’s had great advancement but the world is unpredictable, and major redundancies (including him) are creating more challenges to face.
