Not Good Enough?

I just deleted all the (many) words I wrote to accompany this visual. Mostly words about imposter syndrome and acknowledging that many of us, including some in very senior roles (and you?) who appear confident, struggle with an inner critic, fear of bad decisions, stress about paths not taken, and at times, drop into the comparison game - a fruitless pursuit - because usually all is not as it may appear.

Keeping our eye on both the moment and bigger horizons, what feels strengthening, uses our unique talents (we all have these), and is useful for the world (organisation/team/ecosystem) is a helpful thing to do. Once we figure these things out (which is a deeply complex & challenging journey, but possible), confidence and impact builds.

Luckily, I've had time.
